Nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP) or nandrolone fenpropionate, sold under the brand name Durabolin among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) drug primarily used in the treatment of breast cancer and osteoporosis in women. It is given by intramuscular injection once a week.

NPP is converted to nandrolone in the body, which is the active form of the drug. It has a long elimination half-life in the body when administered by intramuscular injection. The duration of action is about a week and is applied every few days to once a week. The elimination half-life and duration of action of NPP is much shorter than that of nandrolone decanoate.
